I use my vsco grid for my "snapshot photography." I define this to be shots I take in the spur of the moment in situations where I stumble upon scenes or subjects that catch my eye.
most photos that appear on my vsco grid are photos I take with my phone (iPhone 6S) or my sony rx100.
I also use vsco to experiment with editing. vsco has a plethora of filters that I like to use to adjust the color and contrast in my photographs.
I also enjoy creating what vsco calls "journals." in these journals, i edit photos from a certain event so that they all have the same color palette and entitle each. I treat them as informal, mini-portfolios.
